In addition to serving at Daily and Weekend Masses, our Eucharistic Ministers provide an invaluable service to the sick and home-bound by bringing Holy Communion to the home or nursing facility. If you are in need of receiving the Holy Eucharist, contact us through the Parish Office at 732-566-9334.
